June 20, 2009:

Today is also Record store day and therefore Green day releases their limited edition 7" of Know your enemy. Limited to 5000. http://www.recordstoreday.com/
Two different 21 guns promo's have shown up on eBay. A US promo with custom reprise sleeve, and a UK promo with 21 guns artwork, catalogue number PRO17280.

June 14, 2009:
New pictures added and the following promo singles have been added with new scans: [ Blood, sex & booze ] and [ 86 ]. More additions and scans soon.
'Know your enemy' 7inch single will be released on June 20 2009, catalogue number 518864. B-side is Hearts collide.

May 26, 2009:
New pages created because of the lack of details, including extra information and pictures. So far only the Lookout releases and 21st Century breakdown (more to be added on a daily basis). See albums and ep's pages.
21st Century breakdown info added, listed are the Asian releases that come with promotional items such as t-shirts, badges and more. These are only temporarily available, best way of buying those would be on eBay.com

May 15, 2009:
The new album 21st Century Breakdown is out now! CD, Limited edition digibook and Limited special edition vinyl/CD are out today. 21st Century Breakdown 2xLP (on 180 gram vinyl) will be out on June 16. And let's not forget about the Insomniac reissue from May 12th.

May 6, 2009:
A very rare and cool 7" EP added to the site (listed in Related records). "Metallica - 53rd & 3rd". That's right, Metallica. This 7" on blue vinyl has Metallica on side A and Green Day and the Offspring on side B. All 3 bands doing Ramones covers, these songs can also be found on 'We're a happy family' - A tribute to Ramones (Columbia 509942 2). The 7" (Columbia Gabba1), also on Columbia is a real gemm and very very limited. One of the bands (which one, I don't know) objected and that's why it has been withdrawn and therefore so rare. Bullet in a bible will not only be released on vinyl later this year, on April 28 it was also released on blu ray. more info on blu-ray.com

If you want to order 21st century breakdown online and get a free lithograph, go to interpunk.com or smartpunk.com. They have a limited ammount of lithographs to come with the upcoming album, folded or in a poster tube.

April 16, 2009:
21st Century breakdown will be out on May 15 but can allready be pre-ordered on several sites. The following different versions are allready available for pre-orders: 18 CD, 18 track LP, Deluxe edition (digibook), LTD to 3000 CD + 3 x 10" (only available at the official green day music store) and Japanese release with bonus track.
Not confirmed yet but apparently the vinyl release is a 3LP box set (not the same as the limited edition3 x 10" though).

April 14, 2009:
New album and upcoming first single (UK) 'Know your enemy' added to the site, here. New album including the limited edition 21st Century breakdown CD + 3 X 10" (limited to 3000) also added here. The limited edition can be ordered at the official store at greendaymusic.com.

March 14, 2009:
The entire green day album collection will be re-issued on vinyl, including Bullet in a bible, not available on vinyl yet. According to greenday.com it's official. Detailed release dates for every release in this Spin article.

March 7, 2009:
Big changes made to the site. All 'Discography' content changed, no longer different pages for every release but for each release a list of different catalogue numbers, etc. Still far from complete but at least this should be a big improvement. To add info or notify errors, go to the contact page. Besides.. the Pinhead Gunpowder and Lookouts discographies are no longer on the site. New sections are Warner/Reprise samplers, this list will grow since there are many Warner samplers. Also soon to be added, official re-issues of 39/smooth, Kerplunk and Dookie on (180 gram) vinyl that will come out on March 24!! Pre-order at www.elusivedisc.com
